Our bespoke mural wallpapers are printed on cotton/poly blend fine art canvas, and are made-to-order and finishedentirely in-house. Due to the varied imagery (non-repeating pattern) comprising the scenics, exact colors cannot be guaranteed and slight modulations in palette will exist. Imagery and colors displayed online are subject to computer screen variations and may not match exactly the actual finished product. Printed canvas is shipped in rolls and will require trimming and installation by a skilled wallpaper installer, preferably with experience hanging scenics.

Maria Trimbell Murals will not accept claims for labour charges or other consequential losses under any circumstances; we cannot and do not guarantee the work of any paperhanger. The client must satisfy themselves as to the standard of work and professionalism of the paperhanger before accepting them to do the work required.

Treat your Wallpaper Mural gently. Although we apply a quality matte UV protective sealer to each panel to increase durability and longevity, our murals are a fine luxury product and should not be scrubbed or abraded. Installers should use appropriate tools (e.g. brushes) so as not to damage the goods, and though we would do our best to troubleshoot, Maria Trimbell Murals is not responsible for any issues that could arise during and after installation.

Because print runs may vary slightly and the mural artwork itself contains variations in intensity and color due to the scope of the non-repeating imagery (not all areas can be represented on one sample), we cannot guarantee that all colors will perfectly match the sample swatches, or your matched color chip/fabric.

Standard turn-around is 8-10 weeks upon receipt of payment and approval of rendering and sample; please let us know if a rush order is required and we will do our best to accommodate. Custom requests requiring additional studio time may increase the lead time, and due to shipping irregularities, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to provide accurate estimates of production and shipment time.

Our mural wallpapers are made custom (not stocked), and cannot be changed once confirmed and printing commences. Changes requested upon receipt of initial layout rendering may be subject to an additional fee if significant studio time is required to make the desired adjustments.

Each mural is printed in separate panels of various widths which are numbered and labelled, with average panel size 36” wide. The maximum length (height) that can be printed for imagery to remain sharp is 10 feet. For orders over 10 feet high, we recommend the continuation of “sky” imagery at the top of the mural with client approval.

Payment is due in full before orders can be processed. Unpaid balances are subject to a finance charge of 2% per month.
